1. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle through CAiR Turbo, you agree to the following terms. This website serves as an inquiry and booking platform — final rental agreements are established directly with CAiR Turbo upon vehicle handover.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years for standard vehicles, 25 years for luxury/exotic vehicles
- Valid driver's license (international license accepted)
- Valid passport or national ID
- Successful background verification as required by CAiR Turbo
3. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed upon identity verification and deposit payment
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: full deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable
- No-shows: deposit is forfeited
4. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals
- Deposit amount varies by vehicle class and is communicated before confirmation
- Deposits are returned within 3-5 business days after vehicle return inspection
- Deductions may apply for damages, late returns, fuel shortages, or cleaning fees
5. Insurance & Coverage
- All vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage
- Insurance does not cover willful damage, off-road use, or driving under the influence
- Renter is liable for the insurance excess/deductible in case of a claim
- Additional coverage options may be available upon request
6. Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must be used exclusively on Egyptian public roads
- Off-road driving is prohibited unless explicitly authorized
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited (cleaning fee applies)
- Pets are not permitted without prior approval
- The vehicle may not be sub-rented or used for commercial purposes
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
8. Late Returns
Late returns are subject to additional hourly or daily charges. Returns more than 4 hours late without notice may count as a full extra day.
9. Liability
CAiR Turbo is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles, trip interruptions due to mechanical issues (alternative vehicle provided when possible), or indirect damages arising from vehicle use.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Giza Governorate.
